The following is a list of the type of personal information we may hold. We do not hold all types of information on each individual.

· Directly from you when you email us, make enquiries or instruct us

OUR LAWFUL BASES FOR THE COLLECTION OF DATA AND DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. You can request other information such as details about where we get personal information from and who we share personal information with. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
The retention period for personal data is determined based on the type of information, the purpose for which it is held, and any legal or regulatory obligations. Generally, we retain personal data for between three and seven years. However, it may be kept for a longer period if required by legal, contractual, or regulatory obligations.
