The following is a list of the type of personal information we may hold.  We do not hold all types of information on each individual.

Client customers, other claim related third parties, members of the public (operational)

·       Insurance policy details, Claim reference numbers, policy coverage details and details of the claim and possible cause of loss

·       Medical records and any information which may be provided

WHERE WE GET PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM

Clients

·       Directly from you when you email us, make enquiries or instruct us

·       Publicly available sources (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn)

·       CCTV footage or other recordings

·       Supplied by another third party related to cases on which we are instructed

OUR LAWFUL BASES FOR THE COLLECTION OF DATA AND DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

Personal data could be shared with our clients, case related third parties, law enforcement or other government and regulatory agencies.

 

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

The retention period for personal data is determined based on the type of information, the purpose for which it is held, and any legal or regulatory obligations. Generally, we retain personal data for between three and seven years. However, it may be kept for a longer period if required by legal, contractual, or regulatory obligations.
